��� How to Grow and Care for Yacon ���

Light Requirements ��锔���
Thrives in full sun but tolerates light shade.
Ensure at least 6 hours of sunlight daily for optimal growth.

2. Soil Preferences ��筐���
Prefers loose, well-draining, loamy soil rich in organic matter.
Avoid compacted or waterlogged soils to prevent root rot.

3. Planting Tips ��扁��
Plant Yacon in spring after the last frost.
Space plants 3 feet apart to allow ample room for their sprawling foliage.
Cover them with 2-3 inches of soil and water well.

4. Watering Needs ��ю���
Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy, especially during the growing season.
Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
